LOW NOISE LEVELS

The Ideal Standard toilet tanks are equipped with a silent valve mechanism which makes water filling and flushing less noisy. The silent valve mechanism contains a small pinhole valve that controls the diaphragm as the air pressure changes in the tank, resulting in a faster and quieter refill.

SOFT-CLOSE TOILET SEAT AND COVER

Toilet seats and covers with soft-close feature are fitted with a soft-close hinge that uses a tiny air cylinder. This hinge allows the lid, with a gentle touch, to lower onto the bowl slowly and silently in a controlled motion, putting an end to noisy closing toilet seats. Installing a soft-close seat and cover means no more accidental slamming of the lid, improved safety for kids from getting hurt, and more comfort.

THIN (SLIM) SEAT & COVERS

Slim toilet seats and covers offer modern design and add value to the bowls of Ideal Standard. Using the same raw material as that of toilets, the seats and covers’ quality and guarantee are ensured. Our main objective is to upgrade the design of any ceramic model.

TOILET SEAT DUROPLAST MATERIAL

Duroplast raw material comes in granules form, and is based on special pressing moulds at temperature of ~150°C in 2 tone press. Duroplast material has several characteristics and benefits: 1. Contains no environmentally harmful substances 2. Resistant to cigarette burn marks - in accordance to DIN 438-2.18 regulation 3. Enduring to neutral cleaning products of residential use (avoid cleaning products with high acidity and chlorine) 4. Resistant to static electricity and as such repels dust 5. Resistant to UV radiation - in accordance to EN 438-2.18 regulation 6. Durable, all seats are subjected to 150-kg endurance test - in accordance to EN 438-2.14 regulation 7. Chemical resistant - in accordance to EN 438-2.15 regulation
