PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

CERAMIC PRODUCTS Proper way of cleaning and taking care of products:

• Ceramic sanitary products, are very easily cleaned. For frequent cleaning of the ceramic sanitary products, usual daily detergents can be used. The smooth, waterproof and durable surfaces, withstand all usual acid and alkaline solutions found in a household. • Just one coffee-spoon of soft soap in the mop bucket, is enough to make the surfaces clean again. • Detergents with vinegar, or soft vinegar solution, can easily remove salts. In case of difficult stains, leave a piece of cloth soaked in vinegar, on top overnight. There is a large number of detergents in the market, especially for salt removal and others, with vinegar as a basis. Spread a quantity on the stains and rinse after a while. • You must, though, be careful with all fluoride substances found in rust removal detergents, or toothpastes. All stains must be immediately removed, otherwise there will be spots left. • Sometimes, the stains are not removed, as mentioned in the cleaning instructions. In this case, we recommend liquid, or creamy bath detergents. The result can be enhanced, if you use a non-abrasive sponge. • For WC bowls, a soft cloth is enough for frequent cleaning. You can also use the appropriate cleaning product for plastics, that does not scrape and does not contain acids. When you clean the bowl, lift both the cover and the seat, so that they do not come in contact with the cleaning product. Important information: Even products such as liquid soaps, shampoos and foam baths used for body cleaning, can cause damage. Rinse with water after use. In order to avoid inflicting damages, certain conditions must be met, both when using, as well as during cleaning. The range of public spaces, extends from hospitals to restaurants, hotels and accommodation. Due to the fact that there are differences among the presence of dirt and salts in the above mentioned cases, their frequency of cleaning varies. Therefore, the criterion for the selection of the appropriate cleaning product, is strongly related to the cleaning schedule. However, the following factors must be taken into consideration: 1. space 2. frequency and depth of cleaning 3. type of products 4. condition of products • Frequent cleaning reduces the presence of salts • Salts are removed with special cleaning products • Do not use the product directly on the fittings. Pour it on a cloth, or sponge, in places that the cloth can reach, so as to avoid damage • Rinse the product with clean water, so as to remove the last residues Wrong way of cleaning and care of products: • Do not use cleaning products containing acid salts, formic acid and vinegar acids, as they can cause irreparable damage.
