Guarantee

Lifetime Guarantee on all ceramic products.

Taps & mixers, shower valves (standard electrical components included*), kits & showering ancillary, bath panels, furniture, IDEALSOLID ® shower trays, accessories, grab rails, WC seats, standard electrical fittings and cistern fittings and plastic cisterns. *Exclusions on some electrical components may apply. See below for more information or contact our customer care team for details. Silk Black powder coated finish on enclosures, bath screens, accessories, taps & mixers, shower valves, kits and showering ancillary. All flush-plates and any electrical components within our mirrors and cabinets. Standard gauge steel baths.

Idealform and Idealform Plus+ acrylic baths. Acrylic capped stone resin shower trays, all shower trays must be flood and drain tested immediately after bedding the tray.

All shower enclosures, bath screens, solid surface baths and in-wall frames (frame only). Cistern fittings and plastic cisterns have a 5 year guarantee. Parts and seals are subject to normal wear and tear through usage and are therefore covered for two years from installation. See below for more information.

Our confidence in the quality and reliability of Ideal Standard products enables us to guarantee many of them for a lifetime.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Products must be installed, used and cared for in line with our fixing instructions and local water byelaws. Access to our products for installation, service or repair, and any costs relating to this, is the owner or installers’ responsibility. Cistern diaphragms, seals and shower seals are subject to normal wear and tear through usage and therefore not included within their parent product guarantee time-frame. These components will need maintenence and replacement over the lifetime of the parent product. Non glass or metallic spare parts (e.g. seals and bearings) are subject to normal wear and tear through usage and are therefore covered on all products for two years from installation. These parts will be chargeable thereafter. Such parts are available for purchase through our parts supply service - www.fastpart-spares.co.uk.

Our guarantee is offered on all products that have been used in the manner for which they were intended and does not apply to any products that have been misused or abused. Products must be thoroughly checked prior to installation. In the unlikely event the product fails within the guarantee period, we offer spare parts to resolve the issue, or where appropriate a full replacement or nearest alternative.

This covers products in domestic use by the consumer and not commercial or business use.

Applies to UK and Republic of Ireland only.

Proof of purchase is required in the event of a claim. Guarantee runs from date of original purchase not date of any subsequent repairs or replacements supplied.

You should keep dated proof of purchase as the evidence required to make a claim.
