The Design and Specifcation Centre provides a relaxed, sales-free environment where you can experience products hands-on, explore different planning options and get practical help with regulations and budget planning. There is a meeting room to bring your clients to, as well as an area where rooms can be mocked-up for you. We also host a programme of CPD presentations and features on relevant subjects throughout the year. And of course, there’s good tea and coffee.

Sustainable Packaging

We’ve saved 712 tonnes of plastic since 2019. We changed to using 75% recycled plastic in our pallet bags, saving an average of 178 tonnes of plastic each year. We’re saving 170,000kg of plastic each year. By removing shrink wrap across ceramic products, we’re preserving 170,000kg of plastic.
