MARKWIK 21 + Comfort SQ non-thermostatic deck mounted mixer

The new Markwik 21 + Comfort SQ Pressure Balance Valve (PBV) tap, provides the perfect option to deliver safe temperature handwashing in suitably risk assessed non-critical care areas. Being non-thermostatic the Comfort SQ doesn’t need to follow the strict maintenance plans, compliant to HTM 04-01: DO8 Supplement, as required of thermostatic mixers. This means its selective installation across an estate can add up to long-term maintenance costs savings. As a part of Armitage Shanks’ Markwik 21 + family, Comfort SQ PBV mixer taps have been designed and engineered to the same exacting standards, as the thermostatic taps. It offers the same market leading features including removable and autoclave-ready spouts, built-in thermal cleansing and antimicrobial outlets.
