Furniture Ideal Standard offers three ranges of bathroom furniture - Concept, including Concept Space, Softmood and Strada. Each range is co-ordinated with ceramic ware. Concept / Concept Space • Fully assembled with a cam and dowel construction • Doors, drawer fronts front panels and plinths are made from MDF core board, wrapped in PVC foil to a thickness of 18mm • Carcass material is Melamine faced Chipboard (MFC) 16-18mm thickness • Gloss Grey and Gloss walnut finishes use foil wrapped MDF for carcass material as well as fronts • Worktops are made from MDF core board, wrapped in PVC foil to a thickness of 30mm

• Doors and drawers have soft close as standard • Handles are finished in chrome plated zinc • Glass shelves are made from toughened glass with bevelled edges

Concept and Concept Space are manufactured in Ideal Standard’s own furniture manufacturing facility in the UK which has achieved full chain of custody for FSC ® certification.

Softmood • Carcass panels are 18 mm thick - made of class E1 chipboard • Lacquered door fronts are made from 25mm thick MDF class E1, our melamine version is 25mm chipboard 25mm class E1 • Softmood finishes are highly resistant to humidity and scratches • Routed edges are protected by a waterproof sealant to prevent water ingress • Softmood drawers are equipped with a push-pull opening system that combines the smoothest possible action with an extremely long life • Opening hinges are silent and soft closing using a silent pneumatic air-pressured buffer • Mirror cabinets include an LED light in the front panel with a flipper door system for opening and internal glass shelves
