Markwik 21 The latest Markwik 21 hospital fittings come from a long generation of hospital mixers designed to meet NHS guidelines and the latest thinking on infection control and safe water delivery.

Detach and sterilise Markwik 21 fitting are designed to be highly functional for the user and to be versatile to fit in with your maintenance and infection control regimes. The current generation of fittings include a detachable spout which can be sterilised in an autoclave, bodies which can be demounted from the wall and disinfected and a thermal disinfection system that flushes hot water through all parts of the fittings. Bioguard against bacteria The Bioguard anti-microbial copper outlet is a patented outlet designed to prevent biofilm attachment and reduce the risk of pseudomonas infection. Intelligent cleaning With Markwik electronic fittings you can programme the tap to automatically flush intermittently to ensure water is regularly flushed through the fitting to help prevent the formation of bacteria.

Thermal disinfection A manual thermal flush allows you to kill bacteria by re-directing hot water through the cold side of the tap.
