UltraFlat Shower trays
UltraFlat Evo
Stone Tech ™
RAW MATERIALS We source crushed marble as recycled waste material from marble suppliers’ cutting processes. Additionally, we obtain calcium carbonate in powder form from a supplier who processes it from large boulders extracted from the ground.
Our Evo trays are crafted with StoneTech™, an innovative material designed to reduce environmental impact by incorporating 35-40% recycled content, including recycled marble waste and recycled process waste from our Evo trays.
This advanced material uses approximately 45% less resin than acrylic shower trays, while still providing exceptional durability.
A lightly sanded surface offers a subtle, fine-grain texture that enhances comfort and slip-resistance.
Our UltraFlat Evo trays are completely free from fibreglass, making them fully recyclable at the end of their life.
PROCESS RECYCLING
PRODUCTION
• Made from 35-40% recycled materials • Zero fibreglass content • Uses approximately 45% less resin compared to acrylic shower trays • Durable and hardwearing • 100% recyclable and reusable for road bases or construction
To produce our trays, we combine recycled crushed marble and calcium carbonate with product waste from our Evo trays and resin. The result is StoneTech™ - an innovative and durable filler material that uses approximately 45% less resin than acrylic shower trays and is entirely free of fiberglass.
Any waste product from the manufacturing process is crushed using a grinding machine that chops the entire product into small pieces. The resulting granular waste material is reused as part of the material fillers when mixing batches for casting new Evo shower trays.
SECOND LIFE At the end of their life, our Evo shower trays can be recycled at local depots and are typically repurposed as construction material or road bases.
