With single lever showers you rotate the handle to reach the right temperature and the proper water flow. With thermostatic showers, temperature and water flow have separate controls. The thermostatic valve supports a stable water temperature, regardless of supply, and includes anti-scalding settings for households with users of different ages and abilities.
