As you may be aware, we have re-structured our internal departments to ensure a customer centric approach to customer service and better alignment with our external sales teams. The Independents & Ireland Order Fulfilment team are here to deal with any query you have related to your orders or potential orders. In the past you may have emailed or called individuals within the team. In order for us to provide the best service, it is important that you use the contact routes to the left as we have implemented a new system which allows us to track work in and monitor our quality and speed of response. It also means that anyone within the team can see the status of any ongoing conversations / emails.
