Our internal sales office is managed by Rachel Watson (Order Fulfilment Manager). We have a dedicated team who exclusively service our Irish customers – they work on a territory management basis in conjunction with the external sales team to offer the best levels of support and communication to you We use the latest CRM technology from Salesforce, which means that all enquiries sent to our dedicated email address will be automatically routed to your point of contact and visible on live dashboards. You don’t need to worry about your enquiries being delayed in the event of absence and holidays as these will be re-routed to another colleague. All enquiries are actively tracked from receipt to resolution and you will be provided with a tracking number in the rare event that you need to follow up with us.
