Mixers

Materials The taps and mixers are made of brass of constant and controlled chemical content to meet the European standards. The company guarantees customers the materials high quality without risk for health.

Coatings In order to achieve the shiny surface the company uses the proven method of electroplating . Thanks to the modern equipment the European standard EN 248 is fully met. All visible plastic details are electroplated after being previously copper plated which assures the surface durability and its aesthetic look. Powder coating is a type of finish that is applied to metal par ts to create a cosmetic and durable coating. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically (by spraying the powder using an electrostatic gun) and then cured under heat. This cure process requires a cer tain temperature and length of time in order to reach full cure and establish the full film proper ties for which the material was designed. Normally the powders cure at 200 °C (390 °F). All processes are factory applied under controlled, stable conditions.

Click technology The adjustable water saving function gives you the possibility to personally control water consumption. By raising the mixer handle until you feel “stop”, water supply is adjusted to 50%; with just a slight push, water supply is adjusted up to 100%.

Temperature limit stop Can be pre-set to protect vulnerable users when required (installation optional). With just a simple adjustment of a plastic ring, the handle’s range of movement is delimited and the maximum hot water temperature is reduced.

Easy installation Easy-Fix fixation - this system allows easy installation of mixers thanks to the special design of the rubber pad and the metal washer. Thus you can easily fasten the nut onto the stud without any help.

Constant flow rate with PCA ® aerators PCA ® (Pressure Compensating Aerators) are equipped with a flow regulator 5l/min. This feature ensures a nearly constant flow by compensating for changes in line pressure.
